I’m upgrading a kossel from ramps to a smoothieboard. X and Y moves seem to be correct but z is reversed. Any Ideas?

Have you tried inverting the direction pin for that axis in the configuration file?
For example, change:
gamma_dir_pin 0.20
to
gamma_dir_pin 0.20!
Wouldn’t that just swap the direction of the rear tower?
Oops! I’ve never owned a Delta so I didn’t think that reply though before posting. My apologies…
However…wouldn’t reversing the direction of all 3 motors do the trick?
Got there in the end, had to reverse the directions. I think there was some user error on my part. Now just need to getmthenfirst layer of place to stick and m away.
