Do you ever have issues with crushing the sandwich when tightening your screws?
I payed close attention to this when tightening as I was worried about the same thing. It does crush but not near as easy as you would think.
I actually tightened up tight enough to crush just every so slightly and its a super ridged setup and is super lite.
The best part is the lack of tools needed to work with it. I made mine with a drill, two bits and a razor knife.
The only thing I did a little weird is the single point side is mounted dead center in those pics. One of the ones on the two sides had to be mounted closer to center to allow the bed to travel far enough.
It really is probably because I should mount the vertical portion of the frame off center so the center of the nozle is in the center rather than off to one side by an inch or so.
In the end I dont think its going to matter so I will just remember it for when I get board as some thing I should “fix”
