Do you guys run heated beds for nylon? I’m using bridge and it’s actually sticking well to glass with hair spray I had left over from my last abs run but I had some warping with no heat. If so how hot? In going to try PVA glue tonight

The thing is, if you’re doing small stuff, Nylon doesn’t give much problem. It’s when you start printing 100mm wide, or larger stuff that it really starts showing its warpage. I only used 50c, and I was good on a garolite bed - but shit if that stuff wasn’t a bit difficult to get off.

I mostly ran that just to see how it would extrude/stick and I was amazed. Im going to try the PVA glue on glass tonight or tomorrow and see how it goes. This stuff just fell right off the bed…

I’m experimenting with bridge right now. Sticks great to glass with pva. Going to do some Douglas finger parts with it this evening @Bob_Roth :slight_smile: I’ll ask Sanjay to do the Hugo fingers, that will be the lot then.

Oh, I’m running bed at 60 with bridge.
