Does anyone have a copy or point me to where I can get a copy of that gradient / percentage scale to burn?

The one with the individual boxes at 10%, 20%…100%

Looks like it may be tomorrow or Friday before I can get to it, but what’s a good starting point for the CAM setup? 400/200 and 0-100% maybe?
