Does anyone have the measurements of the minimum table size handy?

Does anyone have the measurements of the minimum table size handy? I don’t want any parts hanging over the ends but even saving 1" is worth it to me. I was thinking I could build the table while I wait for parts.

It’s very close to 40"x44". Most of us built 48"x48" since materials come in that size. The spoilboard attachment points are on the ends of the y axis and are probably closer to 41" apart (extra three or four inches are the y-axis steppers but these are anchored from the cbeam and this can hang over the edge of the table. Keep in mind you’ll want to be able to access both sides of the y axis and at least one x axis side for adjustments etc.

These are approximate dimensions, I can get closer ones at home later.

Confirmed at home. The spoilboard attachments need 41"x42" minimum. If you include stepper motor clearance you need 44.5" x 44.5" of space.

Thank you so much, I’ll make it 45x45.

Torsion box nearly complete.

A simple 3’ pedestal.

The table is finished and the metal parts are on order.
