Does anyone here use inland PLA?

Does anyone here use inland PLA?

Only about 60 rolls as of now. What would you like to know?

How easy is it to print with it and how good quality is the print?

Im using a Prusa i3 MK2S

210C and 60C bed has worked well for me for around 2.5 years. They changed the blend a couple months back but I don’t see any print quality change. It’s been my main filament for the entirety of my printing career and can count the number of jams it’s given me on one hand. Is it the absolute best? No. But for an everyday filament it’s awesome for the $15 a roll it is. Their PETG and ABS is also good as well.

Ok i just started using a 3D printer and ive used protoparadign PLA so far. I just bought a roll of atomic filament PLA which should get here tomorrow. But $30 a roll is a bit outside my budget at the moment. So inland should be pretty good to start off?

Aye. It’s good stuff. I can’t justify $30 a roll when the inland stuff gives me no complaints. If ou have a microcenter nearby then grab a few rolls and try it out.

I do but i rather pay shipping lol

Either way it’s worth the savings

True that

I use inland PLA all the time at 220C 60C (at faster speeds I find the higher temp helps extrusion) - from microcenter $14.99 http://www.microcenter.com/product/434401/175mm_White_PLA_3D_Printer_Filament_-1kg_Spool%2822_lbs%29 - last week I had the first roll that jammed my extruder because it had a few parts that were 2mm, took it back and microcenter replaced it. That was 1 bad spool out of perhaps 20.

2mm? Dang i better check my roll before i start printing lol

Oh yeah the white sucks. Never had that working but the rest seem fine.

The white is the one im buying lol

Ill probably buy it somewhere else then. Ill definitely buy the colors thou they seem awesome

I have never had a problem with any of the inland pla or pet
