Does anyone know if it is possible to use the BeagleBone Black as a USB soundcard? Meaning laptop sound going through the usb and playing through the beaglebone’s audio jack? Jack on my laptop has stopped working

Long term, it makes the most sense to just pick up a cheap USB sound card off eBay.
