Does anyone know if there is a 220mm round heatbed that can be powered of 220V AC? I’d like to buy one to save space in the base of my Delta instead of buying a giant power supply.
Very good idea. AC pads with an SSR are in my opinion the way to go. I would check aliexpress as I do believe that AliRubber has some in that size. I will be running one in my new delta setup as well
I’m guessing is a bit of hackery you could take a hotplate and add a PID controller and a few sets,thermistor,or thermocouples to cycle the plate on and off to maintain temperature much like what is used when hacking electric BBQ smokers
I find them in 300mm size. But it looks like the 220mm are all in 24 or 12V
Check keenovo on ebay or aliexpress. They also will do custom parts if requested. I have two of their silicone heater pads running at 120v but they advertise 220v versions of most aswell.
