Does anyone know what could be causing any of these problems? On the side that should be flat I get this ripple or wavy pattern and then on this particular corner it seems to be sloppy and overextruded please help! My printer is a flasforge dreamer and I use flashprint.
It’s ringing. After a sharp corner the carriage still has some inertia. It needs to be absorbed somewhere, so it causes vibrations through the machine.
Check belt tension, try a lower print speed, or change your jerk and acceleration settings.

As an aside, I would look at your infill overlap. You can dial that back a bit. Infill overlap is when infill is added to “stitch” infill to the perimeter walls. You need some to fill in holes between perimeters and infill, but too much and you get beads on the top edges like that.
