Does anyone know what the thread inside a silicone caulk nozzle is.

You can measure it (the outside diameter: T, the wall: E, the pitch, the thread height) and use a parametic CAD modeling system (+onshape is an excellent free one) to model it. Use a Helix or Spiral feature to reconstruct the thread from your measurements.
