Does anyone know where I can find this? It’s a 35x35x10mm blower, as used in @Rene_Jurack 's Dice printer. Can’t find this one anywhere on Aliexpress or eBay.

Try http://digikey.com and input the fan size. The metal surround looks like a secondary component to the fan frame though.

Fans are typically designated by 4 numbers. This one is “3510 blower”
Ebay and Ali have equivalents, maybe not exact manufacturer. Be sure to check voltage!
