Why would anyone have ultem filament if no one can print them?
You seriously need a heated chamber to print it.
I haven’t tried it. Our (temporarily) retired ubis 13 can print it. But with no experience, not sure what it would do w/o a heated chamber. I did get some peek filament ($$$) from Europe but haven’t tried it. It’s also ridiculously strong. Not really in the “safe” category though.
@Brook_Drumm , I’ve heard people are printing things like intake plenums for cars with the PEEK.

Yeah. Nobody prints anything bigger than “tiny” with it. Because you need a heated chamber to do real prints.
A heated chamber is necessary. I use a stratasys 450mc at work and it heats to 170 C for Ultem. There’s a company in Cincinnati called 3d vision that may have the filament you’re looking for.
I want to make gears with it so that should be fine.
