Weren’t they the ones working on the 3d paths for 3d printers? I signed up with them for updates but never got any.

I believe they got quietly aquihired by Autodesk to work on Spark.

Autodesk are become a really awesome company for the 3D printing market.

Yes, bought by Autodesk to roll the functionality into another software package. Not Spark, something FDM related.
