Does the community need another bracelet? If yes, give it a try and generate your individual bracelet.

Just a breeze with @OpenJSCAD.org .

I had a look at this but the STL produced was not hollow. Is that a bug or does it require more post-processing?

Yes that’s right. Take a look at the model on @YouMagine again. I added some information.

OK. Tried again with your setting recommendations and Slic3r-1.1.7-stable. The generated STL (either binary or ASCII) causes Slic3r to crash when opening the file.

I’m not familiar with Slic3r, I’m using Cura.

It looks like this design only works with Cura. I sliced it with Skeinforge and it just prints a bunch of triangles inside a solid perimeter which, of course, will not stretch.

I think it is a bad idea to create designs which rely on esoteric features of a particular slicer. If it is meant to have a hole in the middle then design one into it.

@Neil_Darlow I would not call these settings “esoteric”. When I set bottom and top to “0”, then I’m glad Cura does exaxtly what I want. Btw, when you are printing a single shell vase, then you are using similar settings.
