if you go for this design why not use a lead screw with anti-backlash nut?

Actually I never tried leadscrew for moving y bed. I’ve always use belt and has been quite satisfy with it. I think the belt can go faster

A leadscrew has much higher mass than a belt, bad choice for 3d printers.
