@jose_luis_martin I believe E3D now do a version of their hotends that takes a cartridge (much better) as well as that fiddly arrangement.
@jose_luis_martin my current setup doesn’t have a nut there. The wire goes in a loop through the block. It’s a little weird.
@jose_luis_martin we have a false alarm… I accidentally switched 2 wires when I was working on it last night. Somehow I managed to swap the wires from my heater to one of the switches. They looked the same on the ends. (Facepalm) I couldn’t tell which was which because the wires are all hidden now. God I feel dumb… I should have cought that. But that does explain why the temp was switching from 0 to max, it just depended on whether or not the switch was open. Now I just gotta re-level the bed and I should be good!
