Anybody have any luck with pin # D0 / GPIO16?
I have read that it is blocked, but it the wiki didn’t mention anything.

Original.
ESP12E/F pin question.

const int ledPin = 9;
uses GPIO3 / D9 (silkscreen id). Works Great.

But . . .
what is the number for GPIO9 / SD2 silkscreen?
And GPIO10 / SD3 silkscreen?

On Wemos D1 (Mini) you can just use “D1” as a PIN specifier. Even “TX” works. No need to translate to GPIO numbers, but I’m sure, your manufacturer has something like that online.

Yes, as above, you need to find the pinout diagram for your board. Which board are you using?

geekit doit.

D1 works fine. But D0 is used for sleep / wakeup functions. So I was wondering if anyone has had any luck with pin D0? I haven’t.

I use WeMos D1 minis, on that board IO0 is D3. I tend to avoid it as it has unexpected results… It’s also used for putting the board in flash mode.

cool. Wishful thinking on my part. Scrounging for anyway to get more ports. I will wait patiently for fastled to support esp32. I read Daniels post about priority of this. We are still many months away from general support of other libraries to work on the esp32. But someday soon. Back to my due.
