It appears that http://ledlightingsave.com is a legitimate site that delivers decent products, at least when it comes to Mean Well power supplies, though don’t expect any communication. At all.
Here’s my brief review.
Price: 8/10 - Decent pricing for a China-based store.
Communication: 0/10 - Didn’t answer support ticket, didn’t update order status. No tracking number despite saying there will be one.
Delivery: 9/10 - Arrived well packaged, within stated delivery period despite possible new year buildup.
Quality: 10/10 - Product is genuine as confirmed by the manufacturer, even when clones of this brand are common.

Prior to 13 Mar:
Does anyone have any experience with the site <s>snip</s> or know if it's a legitimate site?
I ordered a power supply from there on the 16th Feb for about $34 and the order still shows "Processing". I noticed after ordering that the order/invoice numbers looks a little sketchy (format 10000xxxx).
I tried to contact them and... No response. Shipping is supposedly up to 28 days so I can't say yet whether the item will arrive.
Should I chargeback or wait and see?

Orders are likely backed up from Chinese New Year. They usually take a while to return to normal.

Put a stop pay on charged amount…dispute the transaction…then wait a few days to see if things start moving. You did use a charge card, right?

@Jason_Coon I get that orders may be backed up, but I’d expect there would be at least one person able to answer my email by now, which they haven’t.

@Giligain_I I used PayPal so it should be fairly easy to dispute if I end up needing to.

I’ve seen no significant delays in my recent online shopping from China…even during the new year shut down. All orders have been processed without delay from various suppliers.

Update: I ordered one from another place a while ago and one has just arrived, but I believe it’s the one from this site. Will update main post when I know for sure.

New update: It was the one from this place, and manufacturer has confirmed that the serial numbers are genuine, so this site looks trustworthy to me.
