Edited and printed new wade gears. No play anymore… Lets see if this helps in any kind…
Looks like your setup supports a direct drive. Why not just print one and use a mk7 drive gear?
Print one what? This is direct drive.
Meaning gearless. If you’re using 1.75mm filament it’s the way to go.

I resolved all my Wade gear problems by using Nylon. Any slightly more stiff flexible Material will do as well. I print the small gear from ABS and the big one with the elastic stuff. Super silent and very reliable.
@Bjorn_Marl yes but printing nylon never worked out that good for me. Doenst stick to the bed that well. I printed this ones in pet and thats very strong as well
Yes, making it stick is anightmare. So far Taulman Bridge worked best for that. With my new DualCube i tried printing cogs from two materials where only the teeth of the cogs are printed in Nylon and the rest in ABS, that works nice as well and has no sticking problems.
