@Eclsnowman v4 in Taulman Nylon 618…no bushings, no bearings. If it were a shade narrower, I’d run it as is…DAMN this stuff is slick!
might print it at 98% and see if it’ll run naked.
I wonder how the tolerance will change based on humidity? Nylon is cool stuff. I have two rolls of bridge waiting for the right project.

I’m throwing some @igus_Inc bushings at it…its a little too loose without em. I’m getting tired of getting grease on my hands from the linear bearings.
@Mike_Miller Just a heads-up as Nylon 230 is coming in April. Prints on any machine including the Dremel with no heated bed and just BuildTak. Prints at 230C, just as slick and durable.
