well, I hope so, as the intent was to make an (incredibly) improved version of the (already incredible) ESP8266… I hope the tools remain almost the same for the new version. One thing is for sure, I’ll buy one ASAP
i think this will be the perfect replacement for the esp8266. with that many gpio’s, especially those with touch-capability, it is a perfect little tool for many things. as for programming it, it depends how you do it. if you like to program arduino style, i recommend platformio
