So your post earlier shows that the prints get foggy during cleanup. Did you try setting a print in the sun for an hour or so before wiping it down?
No I haven’t tried that.
It may cure the liquid resin preserving the smooth finish.

It is items printed on a 3Dprinter using stereolithograhy, ie a laser shooting into a special material called resin.
