Great picture. I find the 3D printer invaluable for printing parts for my quadcopters. From simple spacers to tricky mounts. The more I use it the more I wonder how I could of done without it.
Nice items – you don’t have second thoughts of trusting your compass to a 3d printed strap?
I would, but I have a second compass on my camera bag, and both are backup to the gps in my cellphone. I sometimes carry a full size compass as well if I expect to be doing map and compass work.
