Extra wheel: spare part or fall?

I just received my K40, and found inside a wheel. I don’t know if it is a spare part, or has fallen from somewhere.

The machine seems to work fine, although at “high” speeds (100 mm/s), it doesnt do it good, just missalign the marks (I have to make more testings, but I have to finish all my waiting orders before).

Your photos show only one axes, check the other one before declare it “spare” (or lost by the fitter).

As @StephaneBUISSON mentioned, K40 also typically have a wheel on the right side for the end of the x-axis.
