I used stick filament, it comes in plugable lengths instead of a spool.

Yes. I love these things I just print them at 98% and they fit snug.

@Aaron_Kartash thanks for the model. Like I said I scaled it down a bit so the nubs dont rub. It is a lot better than getting out a torx every time you need to adjust the idler tension.
