Feature Request: Web upload to /ext/ and play from /ext/

When uploading via the web interface, files are loaded into internal /sd/ only, and the Play function is hard-coded to play from /sd/ as well.

If an external sdcard is present at /ext/ then it would be nice to upload to the external sdcard instead, include the external sdcard in the web interface file listing, and play from the external sdcard files via the web interface too.

We don’t officially support /ext/
The code is there, because some people really want to use it. However, problems with interference when accessing /ext/ are so common, we don’t officially support it.
This might change if error checking gets implemented for /ext/ in the future, but that is a lot of work. It might change for v2 too.
