Feeling Bronzed
Just had a go at 3D printing a scan of myself in BronzeFill. This stuff is LOVELY. Not only does it look great but it prints great as well!
Was that on an fdm printer?
Yes its a Nophead Mendel90 with an E3D head, it would have probably also worked fine with the original J-Head.
Cor! Super shiny - did you use a rock tumbler?
I used a Dremel Louise. First I went over it with a 511 abrasive buff just to smooth out any rough bits, then I followed with a 414 felt pad and some abrasive paste. It takes a while but its worth it for the shine

LOL @Aurelius_Crow reminds me of my school days seriously though this has reminded me that I need to get my Kinect working so I can scan something else
What other metals can you do
Colorfabb make the new metal materials. I believe they have bronze, copper and brass.
