Filamanet change button - speed issue

hi,

i´m new with smothieware. so i have changed my damaged Ramps 1.4 now. Everything is running great so far but i have a problem with the filament change. when i say “load Filament”, the extruder starts to load the filament really fast. so the problem is now that, after a “few” seconds of loading, the filament stops to pull it into the hotend because the filament is not so hot enough to meld with the speed of the extrduer which is trying to pressing it in. and i don´t want to replace the gears monthly.

can i change this settings somewhere? i have not found something in the settings.txt
distance of loaded filament
speed of loaded filament

i´m using the extrduer from BQ - HeatCore DDG

You are looking for the max_speed parameter for the extruder module ?

Finally, i found the settings, it was set in the touchscreen settings…
