Finally got my IGUS trapezoidal nut for my new Z-Axis. Runs freely but has very little play. Love it!
What thread size do you have? And why did you choose iglidur R over the more “normal” materials such as J or W300?
@Folke_Schwinning its TR10x2 righthand. Chose it because its relatively cheap and is usable up to 90 deg C. Also its not so brittle

Do you also use trapezoidal threaded rods from igus? I’m interested in how “better” they are than the normal threaded rods from ebay.
@Folke_Schwinning no got two precisionrods from a cnc shop. Cant image they are a lot better. Maybe Igus controls the quality a lot but for a 3D Printer it might not be worth the money I believe.
Needed new rods because I had lefthand thread with bronze nuts which get stuck at high speeds. Only change to righthand rods because of the igus nuts.
