Finally got round to printing my new wheels, I love that thanks to open sourcing them I’m not the first to print them. Some keen people out there.
New part in blue next to the old design in red showing the usual failure mode. Hopefully bringing the spokes out to the face is the answer.

@Bracken_Dawson maybe I missed it, but what filament and extruded are you using?
Hey I know this was 4 months ago but I was just wondering if the change in the spokes helped. Have you had any other problems with them? I am going to design new rims and was just after some food for thought.
Not yet tried them, I should do that. Maybe I’ll take it all down the hackerspace on Sat and let you know.
