And also the threaded rod. I was told the wrong size and ended up with 10-24. Seems right but I had to modify the z coupler to hold the nut.

Looking good. Consider mounting it on a base it helps with stability when printing. Mine is about 20x30cm and I put sticky rubber feet on. It also have me somewhere to mount a display and or this design I added a idler bearing under the front of the glass to help keep the bed level, mine adjusts which helps keep it level.
that’s an unusual 3d printer design. what is it?
+Michael Scholtz yup I cut a oiece of wood and it will have suction cups as feet. It won’t be going anywhere!
@Ryan_Leverenz it’s called a smartrap. It’s probably the cheapest printer you can build.
I dont think cheap is its best feature. I think how easy it is to customise is.
