What software are you using for this?
Also it seems that you are running 8x32 + 8x32 + 16x16 + 16x16. If so, that’s not the best configuration. Neither LEDMatrix or NeoMatrix will support that out of the box even if NeoMatrix does let you write your own transform function if you have to (and it seems you will have to in this case).
