Finally starting to nail the #FB2020 down. There’s still some banding, which is either my temp settings or Z wobble, I can’t work out which. Belts have been tightened and a twist put on the long outside runs so the belt runs on the smooth side on all the idler pulleys so there is less vibration. I’m waiting on parts to convert it to 3 point levelling as the 4 point is driving me nuts. All prints are in cheap Chinese PLA that came with the Migbot kits, 0.2 layer height at 80mm/s with layer slowdown by 20% under 15secs with exception of Adalinda which was 100mm/s with 5% slowdown.
Looks good! Have you tried new/quality filament in it? I have some nice filament that print with bad banding, probably due to moisture. Just a hunch.
@Peter_Hertel - I have some @colorFabb_Filament NGEN (my go-to filament) on it now printing a few prototype parts for someone. Should be a good comparison.
