Finished installing home switches on all three axes. Acrylic was milled with the machine they was mounted on.

Never mind… I see your earlier post now. I have a MaxNC that has been unused for like ten years that I have been thinking of reviving. What are you using as the controller? The old units used a DOS based control program and does not work well on modern desktop machines.
Oh, I’m using a laptop running Windows xp and mach 3, the laptop has a parallel port. It works flawlessly. Have been running jobs for hours without any alignment errors.
