First attempt in CNC routing a PCB :slight_smile:

It was milled without problems. By now I did not drill the holes (only marked the center for manual drilling). Some of the copper path got too thin. Next time I have to reduce the Z depth.

To sum up: I’m very satisfied with the result and how LW generated the gcode. Good job guys :slight_smile:

How did you remove the copper burr?

@Peter_Spiess I just sanded it off but I don’t know, whether this is the propper way or not. :wink:

I did some more test cuts. Mill cut outside seems to be the appropiate operation (mill v carve 30°, dia 0.2mm).
