First post, fastled 3.0 running on xmega 128a3 at 32Mhz on my custom made coffee table matrix is 16x8, video does not do justice. WS2812 led driven by doubled buffered 2 channel DMA controller takes about 30% to service interups from DMA… thus a frame is being written ito the leds in the background while processing a new one.

Looks freakin’ fabulous.

@Mark_Kriegsman thank you, 2 noise matrix are blended together with 2 simple palletes red and blue… had to slow it down with 60 ms delay between each frame

Nice. Instead of adding a delay between the frames you could consider to move the noise parameters slower / in smaller steps and then run it at full fps.
Don’t waste computing power with delays and smooth the animation instead.

Nice diffusion layer.

Stéphan, agrreed but this was a dirty test and i am ont using dithering since I have not implemented it yet in my controller.
