First tests with this cheap 7" Android device and #GCodeSimulator & Printer are promising. USB OTG works well and power can stay connected during print. It seems to be powerful enough to print without stuttering.

I just ordered a 7" tablet with USB Host support and separate power charge connector for just 45€ at EBay. I plan to use it with GCode Simulator & Printer to do PC-less printing. Its even cheaper than a LCD Panel for my reprap.
