fixing mks sbase u1.2

At first it worked fine, but later while booting scetch something went wrong. Now it does not work. I tried to install firmware from sd card. My pc(win7 64bit) recognizes it as unknown device. Tried to reinstall drivers but it’s still unknown device. On the board D7 shines bright, from D4 to D0 shine darker. Is it possible to fix it?
