Flow: n. An abstract representation of data and control flow from a static analysis of finger.exe. Acrylic, LEDs

(And lest you think I’m neglecting the library in favor of art, I have the Teensy LC port about 80% of the way complete and the Spark Core port about 30% of the way complete - the Spark Core port is stuck on a testing issue that I’m waiting to hear back on).

Loving those little zaps of white that shoot through occaisionally.

Beautiful, Dan.

Awesome Dan!!! The interactive art monster inside of me is wondering how easy it would be to hook into those cool white zaps and sync them with music? …send BPM triggers to flow() as an input variable? … send a bassdrum envelope to flow() as an input variable? I am imagining a heartbeat sound that triggers the zaps in complete sync…anyway, awesome work as it is!!! …organic art at its best. (Is it 8 independent strands all originating from the top-left?)

Wait, a static analysis of finger.exe?

Yes - my $DAYJOB involves working on a static analysis engine for binaries, and way back when, while we were first developing it we used simple short apps to test with, including a windows build of finger

Fantastic work!
