For all non-germans: I relaunched my blog as a bilingual one.
Check out the english version of the DICE!

Despite very small building volume your DICE is just awesome!
Any plan to build BigDICE, or DICE^2?
Thanks for posting an english version. It was great to read.
Does your blog support RSS feed reader links? I’d like to keep up to date with your projects and posts.
Newbe here. I’m absolutely blown away here. I had no clue your able to engineer your own 3d printers. Fucking mind blown!!
It’s a very nice and sexy machine. I have quite a bit of aluminum here I can use to replicate your design. I don’t suppose you could share the drawings (dxf, pdf, svg, stl, etc.).
What a sexy printer, great design and awesome build log, videos weren’t loading mobile so I’ll check those out later on desktop.
Notice you have the AZSMZ in there, what do you make of it? It’s something that I’ve been looking at for the FB2020
Such a good looking printer.
I’m building a coreXY myself but using 2020 alu extrusions. After seeing this it’s clear that I have to go cnc cut full aluminum frame in the future. I’m a little curious how you ensure the belt is “tight”. do you have some form of active belt tensioning? (springs for example)
@Tomas_Vit There is stuff in the pipeline, stay curious
@Fred_U I will have a look into setting up an RSS Feed. any tips?
@Samer_Najia I will definitly publish the design at a later point. Currently, I collect all the needed stuff together, like BOM, CAD etc I am going to overdo the article and make it even more informative.
@Ax_Smith-Laffin The AZSMZ is limited in the amount of possible pin-outs. Nevertheless, imho it is the perfect board for the DICE.
@Rene_Jurack
As an end-user/consumer, I can’t contribute in that respect. I suspect you know the product name of the blog software, so the next logical sequence would be to Google “product name” activate RSS or something similar to that.
@Johan_Jakobsson I did build 3 printers out of extrusions, it is a cheap and solid way to get it done. But it is ugly and you are limited in design. And for the DICE, yeah I made a design with extrusions aswell in the beginning. But at dimensions of 20cm edgelength, it would have took away 10% of the available room on each side. Wait a moment, I will dig out a pic :D -> edit: https://plus.google.com/u/0/photos/photo/112161803924745447052/6262583121011050578
@Rene_Jurack I look forward to it and duplicating your excellent work. Please do loudly announce availability when able.
