For those still looking for a way to make their carriages for their Deltabots or any other project they may have, or are looking to upgrade their carriages to make them smoother and more reliable with high tolerances, we’ve just added custom CNC’d Delrin Wheels for Misumi 1515 Aluminum Extrusions. These should also work with Openbeam extrusions, although we haven’t tested it yet. They’re the same wheels we use for our Deltaprintrs and come with bearings.

We’ll also be offering precision laser cut acrylic carriages soon, so that you don’t have to fiddle with the distance of the wheels.

Got my order of the rollers. They are really smooth on the HFS3-1515 aluminum extrusions. Awesome, Shai! Looking forward to the acrylic carriages!
