Geeetech A10M extruders work backwards!

First, good news: This is not hard to fix.

What firmware did you install? Provide the URL you got it from? It might have been built for different stepper drivers.

Because the trinamic chips like the 2208s and 2209s have the motor direction reversed, compared to the A4988s, you have to either swap the motor wires on the board connecters or change the motor direction in the firmware.

So if you have the stepper drivers that came with it, but installed a firmware intended for the trinamic stepper drivers that are a common upgrade, that might be the problem.
