Giving my 3D printers (a printrbot simple pro and Wanhao Di3) a good work out this weekend, both in the process of 36+ hour prints. We’ll see if they are up to the task.
Good luck!
Thanks, longest print I have ever done before was 29 hours, took 2 tries .
65 hours for a 200mm nearly solid Baymax figure is my longest print to date
Should be up to the task. Hope for no power outages.
Similar to Joe. My longest print to date (different printer) was a 65 hour 14" tall (355mm) Eiffel tower.
The extruder/hotend on my Wanhao Di3 shook itself apart overnight. Luckily I had to go to the bathroom just shortly after it malfunctioned or it could have been a huge disaster. Note to self, check all screws and bolts for tightness before starting epic print marathons
bummer, my Anet A8 has spit out its nozzle twice and pulled out its thermistor twice, still works luckily.
