Going to be building a Kossel just waiting for plastic parts, build platform and limit switches to arrive. NZ$550, not bad really considering that the price includes shipping costs. Can’t wait to get it up and running. No doubt you will see me again asking for troubleshooting help :slight_smile:

New Zealand Dollars :slight_smile: I sourced parts from, literally, all over the world. US, China, UK, Bulgaria, and New Zealand! This is my first printer, will do a build log and give details about how I got it all together. Works out to just under $500 US. :slight_smile:

Just did the maths properly. Was a bit off for the NZ price. 554USD is the most accurate price I have come up with. There were a few parts I could have got free shipping on but didn’t want to wait 4 weeks for them to arrive. Also got the Open Beams from a guy who brings them in to New Zealand. Biggest saving would be the NEMA 17 stepper motors, 47USD for 5 of them. A few other parts were going for cheaper too. But will do a blog with all the details when I start building it :slight_smile:

Mm that’s really not bad at all, I’m debating wether my next printer should be the OB1.4 or a delta style printer. The OB1.4 would cost less as I have everything but the steppers and hardware. A delta would be like buying a hole other printer again. But I like that they take up less space.
