Good quality polycarbonate filament thats in the USA? I need some to print out my extruder pieces. PETG only lasted a couple of weeks before warping.
I just searched Amazon- pretty good options here:
I need something that wont warp with regular printing at 245C
I wonder if this will hold up

There are ABS and PlA filament from China.

Try theirs. If it sucks return it no questions asked.
Honestly, I’ve printed extruders in PLA and never had an issue. It sounds like you might not be doing something right if it’s warping that easily.
ABS extruder parts should be fine for 99.9% of printing situations. You only need PC if you’re running a rather hot heated chamber, like >50C.
Virgin PC is a righteous PITA to print, if you haven’t tried it before. Unimaginable warping on anything but the smallest parts.
Esun ePC is a decent option that is a lot easier to print than regular PC because it’s formulated for reduced warping. In exchange, you get a lower glass point (~120C vs virgin PC ~150C) so it’s not always a slam dunk… but definitely more heat resistant than regular ABS.
@Ryan_Carlyle more specifically for the part cooling fan. I tried using PETG and it only lasted 2 weeks before it warped so bad it started ruining my prints
@Cristian_Martinez Is your hot block insulated? I’ve used PLA cooling fan ducts right up near the hot block without issues if the hot block is insulated and not directly touching.
Another option is to put some aluminum heat-reflecting tape on the printed part where it’s getting too much heat.
Yeah i have a silicon sock on it
