cool 3d pen

I think they could do even better if they released that as an addon extruder. Though my guess is that they don’t have very good flow control on it, which is why they’re going for pen form.
This is good for mass market… for the one you’re mentioning check Discov3ry on kickstarter $300 bucks for addon to print almost all common type of paste/liquid that hardens.
@Fritz_Dimasapit , I already did paste extrusion years ago with @Richard_Horne 's paste extruder. - http://richrap.blogspot.com/2012/04/universal-paste-extruder-ceramic-food.html
I mean, fucking seriously, anyone who pays $300 for that is dense.
Cool thanks for the info @ThantiK … i guess the 250 was for the container for continues feeder design lol
I do not trust the creopop. How will they make a magnetic resin? I think this is not possible, you can probably make a resin that can be magnetised. but magnetic resin is difficult.
Good conductive resin is also difficult to cure with UV. I am curious how hey do this. (Carbon filled resin is not good enough for circuits, Silver filled resin is not UV curable, I think nanotubes are not ready for mainstream)
@erik_vdzalm iron filings.
@ThantiK Iron filings are not magnetic. They can be magnetised but not for long times.
Iron is not good for electrical conduction.
Iron also reflects UV. This makes curing difficult.
I never said it would be high quality. And technically iron filings are ferromagnetic.
@erik_vdzalm Maybe they are doing something along the lines of silver nitrate? Check into old school film processing. Silver nitrate is extremely flamable. I am honestly not sure if I am remembering the name of that chemical right or not to be honest.
