Send me your address and I’ll send an extruder and hotend :wink:

This is so awesome and cutting edge. I’m just getting into PID motor control for 3d printing/cnc engraving. First thing I was wondering, is what is your typical closed loop program execution frequency to get decent performance? Are we talking around 100 hz or so?
Thanks!
Jesse

@Jesse_Urban
Thank you. I use 1000hz (1ms) for velocity control, and 100hz for position control. Remember the Teensy runs at 96Mhz, so this doesn’t even phase it… (no pun intended… well…) @Miguel_Sanchez is also working on this, and has some great demo video you might want to check out.
