Wtf???
Cable crosstalk from unshielded cables.
@Ax_Smith-Laffin how can I solve it??
Remove the grey clamp keeping the cables together. Insulate the cables with Aluminium foil.
I wouldn’t really feel comfortable with the aluminum foil idea, but definitely remove the grey item. Air separation is probably adequate. It looks like a ferrite core, and I wouldn’t have expected one core to be shared by lines you don’t want to cross-talk!
Print some spacers to keep the cables at a minimum distance. TBH though you have bigger signal integrity problems.
I don’t know why but I laughed pretty hard at this. I do hope you get this worked out it seems like the crosstalk issue though.
Try checking the connections of the ribbon connectors. Jiggle them to see if it makes them worse. Aluminum foil will shield the cables from each other, with no real negative effect, it’s ugly, but great way to troubleshoot to see if crosstalk is in fact your issue. Good luck
Is this marlin based firmware?
