Nothing is showing up on this post for me. :confused:

Please add a caption to this post.

Interesting. Where can we download the *.stl files from?

@Chris_Setla_kaptain after further looking – you can only buy them via his pinshape shop. Let me see if I can cook something up tomorrow morning. Shouldn’t be hard to replicate.

Oh OK, I could have swore I read in the “About Community” that if readers cannot replicate what is being posted, it shouldn’t be posted here!!! I don’t want to step on toes or create problems, I’m just perplexed… No worries.

That’s more in regards to patents, university research that requires major specialized equipment, etc. Users can very EASILY replicate this work. In fact, I’m offering to do it for them. It’ll be solidworks, but I’ll see what I can do about making a scad. I just have to look up fan dimensions, etc.

Additionally, @SgaboLab has typically released his work. And he added the caption text that we asked him to.

I’ve made something like that for 40mm fans, at least for the intake.

@ThantiK Thanks for the clarification and your efforts. Being a senile ol’ guy… I’m not quite “with it” anymore….

@Jeff_DeMaagd Thanks to you as well!

@Chris_Setla_kaptain - just spent like 5 minutes or so, but gotta head out with a friend; here’s the current progress: https://puu.sh/tO81p/d913bd1d33.png

I just gotta do the central hub and the vanes. I’m trying to design it in such a way that I can simply enter fan dimensions and spit out any dimension. Solidworks is supposed to be parametric, and I’ve never quite took the time to model things right so this is a training run for me. :stuck_out_tongue:

I was thinking about sorting this out in FreeCAD as it looks to be easy enough to do…

About Half an hour in FreeCAD. 40mm Version… pick it up at http://www.axmod3dprint.com/40mm_fan_booster.stl

Thanks! FreeCAD is on my list of things to learn. I know how to draw out 3D drawings for machining the old fashioned way, but every time I’ve looked at the various CAD programs I give up in frustration… Probably because it takes me much longer to do it on a screen vs doing it on paper. One of these days the bulb will light up and I’ll be at home with it… For now, it remains one of those speed bumps in my life….

@ThantiK
hi, I not add nothing to post … is g+ bug that some people not show nothing on my posts. Many of my posts are deleted from community for this reason :frowning:

thanks to all for support me and my work …
