Got all fans hooked up and tested. The loudest of all goes to… @Deltaprintr heatsink fan. The 2 slim blower fans and orange fan are dead silent and would play very nice with TMC2100. The heatsink fan has got to go…

I had the same problem and went with larger 40x40 fan from SUNON in 24V.

I would recommend using a larger fan and then making a duct to funnel it down to the 30x30 that that one is (I think that’s the size but not 100% sure). Larger fans with more blades would help. My 30x30 are loud as hell but my 40mm is silent. As for the 2100’s I’m doing some testing with those coming up very soon…
Hmm 40mm fan would probably dwarf the hotend setup…
